Job Description:
We are a trendy and fast-paced salon looking for an experienced and hard working hair assistant.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Hair Assistant must have a current/or temp NYS Cosmetology license with a US legal working status, current beauty school students are welcomed to apply. This position requires patience, focus, attention to detail, punctual and able to multi-task.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- No experience required.
- Assistant must be ready to wash, assist in blow dries, and other hair services. We would like someone who is interested in working with different hair types such as curly hair; 70% of our clientele is curly/textured hair. Patience is required while dealing with different hair textures.
- Full- time and part time position available, must be flexible with schedule and able to work on weekends and holidays.
Pay is $16/ hr
