ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As a Budtender, you will be the face of the dispensary, helping customers with personalized recommendations, ensuring compliance, and creating a memorable experience. You’ll play a vital role in educating consumers and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Greet customers and provide tailored product recommendations
* Stay informed on cannabis strains, terpenes, THC/CBD profiles & consumption methods
* Ensure all transactions comply with state & local cannabis regulations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor & display cases
* Support inventory restocking, cash handling & POS transactions
* Promote loyalty programs & in-store promotions
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
* 21 years of age or older (required by law)
* Passionate about cannabis & customer service
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis a plus
* Must be reliable, punctual & detail-oriented
* Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 25 lbs
