Job Description:
We’re a fast-growing water damage restoration company looking for a reliable, motivated Sales & Project Coordinator to help homeowners during emergencies — floods, pipe bursts, and more.
This is NOT a desk job. You’ll be out in the field responding to leads, inspecting damage, explaining the restoration process, and closing the job. Once the work is approved, you’ll oversee subcontractors and make sure the job runs smoothly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Respond to new emergency leads (often same-day)
• Meet homeowners, assess damage, and explain next steps
• Get signatures and start jobs (training provided)
• Coordinate with subcontractors to start and complete work
• Take photos, fill out basic forms, and follow our system
• Provide updates to the office as the job progresses
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
What You Need:
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent people skills — you’ll be the face of the company
• Some experience in construction, restoration, roofing, or home services preferred
• Ability to work some nights/weekends (on-call rotation)
• Tech-savvy enough to use a smartphone, email, and apps (we’ll train you)
• Able to work independently and follow proven processes
⸻
What We Offer:
• High commission + base pay
• Flexible work schedule with 24/7 support
• Growth opportunities — we promote from within
• Professional training and hands-on mentorship
• A chance to help people when they need it most
⸻
Who This Is Perfect For:
• Former mitigation techs or field reps looking to move into sales
• Construction workers, roofers, or contractors wanting more stability
• Hustlers who want to earn great money without being chained to a desk
• Anyone with sales experience who isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty
