Job Description:
Positions I am looking for are:
-skilled lead carpenter
-foreman
-1-2 highly motivated laborers
This work involves a little bit of everything. Experience with demolition is great. You must be able to speak English and have a very professional attitude. You must be a problem solver and an all-around skilled tradesman. I need someone who has experience with electric, plumbing, and HVAC. This is a great opportunity for smart and talented people that would like to be a part of building a successful construction company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
-Do you genuinely care about your work?
-Do you have 5-10 years of well-versed construction experience? Are you OSHA certified and have other certifications?
-Do you take direction well and know when to ask questions instead of build something the wrong way?
-Do you have a positive attitude?
-Are you a hard worker who doesn’t need someone to watch over your shoulder in order to produce?
-Are you capable of maintaining a professional attitude when confronted with challenging situations?
