Responsibilities and Duties:
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
-Call, text, and follow up with qualified homeowner leads
-Create and present estimates (we’ll train you if needed)
-Close deals and submit projects to our operations team
-Use our CRM to manage leads and sales activity
-Represent the Xavy brand with professionalism and drive
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
✅ Requirements:
-Proven success in sales (construction, solar, or home services = 🔥)
-Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRM, phone, and mobile tools
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Independent, results-driven, and persistent
-Access to vehicle for client visits
