Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist / Digital Marketer with hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. This role will work alongside our Marketing Manager to create, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns with the goal of increasing conversions and maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns based on brand goals and strategies.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, conversions).
• Identify underperforming ads and suggest or implement updates to improve results.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy to drive better engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure ads align with broader marketing campaigns.
• Provide clear reports with insights and recommendations on ad performance.
• Stay informed on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• 1–2+ years of experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic design or creative experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus.
• Experience in eCommerce, especially in fashion or jewelry, is a bonus.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
